Recommendations please for places to see, restaurants and bars to frequent in the Peyia area as I am purchasing a property there...

There are many places. Peyia is little Britain and you've got Coral Bay on your doorstep.

Peyia is a village ... there is only so much things to see and do there. The Paphos district has several things to see and do ... and if you have a car then you can explore the whole of Cyprus easily. There is a bus service from Peyia, but having a car is always a good thing for Cyprus if you plan to move around a lot.
