Couldn't you find something more important? :)

The Bible was written over a period of around 2000 years by 40 different authors from three continents who wrote in three different languages!

Furthermore there are 929 chapters in the Old Testament and 260 chapters in the New Testament giving a total of 1,189 chapters!

Now, what’s the probability that a bunch of uneducated peasants were capable of collaborating to write a continuous complex story non stop that spanned that long?

I’d say the chances of such a feat in those days were ZERO without divine intervention, in fact you'd be hard pressed to achieve that with today’s technology!

That's what makes the bible so intriguing!

Intriguing as the comment you, a religious zelot, made some time back.
" GO AND FUCK YOUR DEAD MOTHERS CORPSE"
You bloody psychopathic hypocrite. Full of hatred for the Americans, the Jews and the west in general. Listen Plonker, who created the Americans who you passionately hate!!

Coming from you does take the buiscuit !!

I have no respect for garbage like you so you can go double-fuck both your parents for all I care!

Have a bardouza on me!

You are not only a psychopath you are also a ...religious psychopath. By the way who created psychos such as you.

Incidentaly, some years back I was collecting donations amongst others, for the Ayios Staphanos children. Collected more than £1000. You were asked repeadetly, you prick refused !!
Some religious psycho

God was created by man to fight their dirty wars and suck their hard earned cash out of them. Religion is the root of all EVIL.

You obviously haven't even bothered to look properly, or you would have noticed that this contradiction is between Genesis 1 and 2, and the relevant passages come on pages 1 and 2 of the King James in my possession, out of a total of 256 pages, so we are hardly talking about texts that were written at different times or on different continents or in different languages.

I simply gave you an idea of the magnitude of this project so the likelihood of mistakes; such as inserting a sentence before another, is very high.

Just because a little old uneducated lady may have concluded that some unpleasant event was “God’s will” doesn’t necessarily mean that she was correct or that she represents God, so don’t make a meal out of it.

Unpleasant events are not God's will? You are saying that things happen of their own accord in the universe, not because God wishes them to happen.

According to the bible there are no interferences during the period that God granted man to have dominion over the Earth and choose life.

??????????????????????

Daniel 4:32
And they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.

Romans 13:1
Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

James 4:13-15
Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:
Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.

Peter 3:17
For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

How cruel is this :
Genesis 22 New International Version (NIV)
Abraham Tested

22 Some time later God tested Abraham. He said to him, “Abraham!”

“Here I am,” he replied.

2 Then God said, “Take your son, your only son, whom you love—Isaac—and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on a mountain I will show you.”

3 Early the next morning Abraham got up and loaded his donkey. He took with him two of his servants and his son Isaac. When he had cut enough wood for the burnt offering, he set out for the place God had told him about. 4 On the third day Abraham looked up and saw the place in the distance. 5 He said to his servants, “Stay here with the donkey while I and the boy go over there. We will worship and then we will come back to you.”

6 Abraham took the wood for the burnt offering and placed it on his son Isaac, and he himself carried the fire and the knife. As the two of them went on together, 7 Isaac spoke up and said to his father Abraham, “Father?”

“Yes, my son?” Abraham replied.

“The fire and wood are here,” Isaac said, “but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?”

8 Abraham answered, “God himself will provide the lamb for the burnt offering, my son.” And the two of them went on together.

Another little Bible reading as requested:

From Genesis:

"6:1
And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
6:2
That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose."

The strange thing is that somebody recently told me that there exists a terrestrial and a celestial world, and God presumably belongs to the latter, so how can he have sons who fancy the physical women of the terrestrial world, and come down to the terrestrial world to marry these women?
