I'm not in favour of the IPC, nor how the ECHR rules work towards pushing people into their hands.

How on earth can the IPC compensate someone for 40 years lack of enjoyment of their property, and then nab off with their title deeds is beyond me. I certainly aren't in favour of some retired ignorant old fart from the UK getting away with pretending they didn't know what they were doing and demand paying for the privilege of their stupidity.

Pack their bags and send them packing. The true owners are being stood over left right and centre.
