have you learnt nothing in the last 20 years. how long before they come back like taliban in afghanistan. remember them, they were defeated not just by air strikes but ground troops too. how come they are back with this time aligning themselves to isil. isil is springing up in nigeria and egypt too. so much for defeating them. instead they are spreading.

I wouldn't say that. You have some groups thriving in ungoverned areas, but we will help other countries to rectify this. That includes Africa.
