Scams are an everyday occurence, I get at least half a dozen a day both on the business emails and personal. The funny thing is that the business email starts with info@....
yet somehow ...INFO has received a win of millions!
Her is part of one received earlier:
We receive your files from international monetary fund (I.M.F.) as one of the beneficiaries.
Take note; three thousand united state dollars (us$3,000) have been mapped out for all expenses in taxes and other documents that matters. Therefore,
I want you to bear it in mind that your total fund will be no more five million ($5,000.000,00) but four million and nine hundred and ninety seven thousand united state dollars ($4,977,000.00)

These fucking idiots buy email addressess in their thousands and continually pester us.

The phony job offer scam is another recognised scam. The sad truth is that there must still be plenty of idiots out there who send money to these crooks, or they would stop spamming thousands of these messages out. The only thing I can do is to try to raise a bit of awareness.

Spelling and grammar errors are often deliberately included in such messages because the scammers have found that only the most stupid and gullible people respond to such messages, and these people are their target audience.

I found half a dozen of these in my inbox this morning, all returned as undelivered from .gr e-mail addresses, so they have been spoofing my e-mail address with this scam, too.
