45000 OF 11000 AND 185000 OF 650000 ?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

45000 OF 11000 AND 185000 OF 650000 ?

IF YOU HAD 110 POUNDS IN YOUR POCKET AND YOU LOST 45 POUNDS AND ANOTHER PERSON HAD 650 POUNDS IN THEIR POCKET AND THEY LOST 185 POUNDS.

PLEASE NOTE THEY DO NOT HAVE EXTRA MONEY STASHED SOME WHERE ELSE AND THIS IS ALL THE MONEY THEY HAVE. TO THEIR NAME.

WHICH ONE HAS LOST MORE COMPARED TO ALL THE MONEY THAT THEY HAD IN THEIR POCKET .

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THEY BOTH LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSE AND THERE IS NO WAY IF REPLENISHING THE MONEY .

The person who lost 185 pounds because the other person who claims he lost 45 pounds actually stole the 185 pounds from his housemate.

Even if he did lose 45 pounds, he is still 140 pounds better off.

Why Would the guy with 45 pounds be a claim but the guy with 185 pound be seen as the actual . Only going by how you have worded your answer . It's a interesting observation of the way the mind works

because the word {claim} means : state or assert that something is the case, typically without providing evidence or proof. As in you claimed that one person lost 45 pounds and the other lost 185 pounds.

I used the word {actual}, which means in the hear and now and existing in fact.

What actually happened is that the person who lost 45 pounds stole 185 pounds from his house mate.

I hope this helps you understand more about how the mind works. :?

...by working together and remembering their roots, the very village they live in together, they would have at least doubled their money. Instead they allow themselves to be flattered by their relations, who claim to be actually better at giving them advice about their own hard work together, and money.

Writing up reports about your people's daft behavior...

The Secretary-General of the United Nations (U Thant) in 1965:

"The Turkish Cypriot leaders have adhered to a rigid stand against any measures which might involve having members of the two communities live and work together, or which might place Turkish Cypriots in situations where they would have to acknowledge the authority of Government agents. Indeed, since the Turkish Cypriot leadership is committed to physical and geographical separation of the communities as a political goal, it is not likely to encourage activities by Turkish Cypriots which may be interpreted as demonstrating the merits of an alternative policy. The result has been a seemingly deliberate policy of self-segregation by the Turkish Cypriots"
