Exactly, and vice versa, so how can you be against it without knowing the detail?

:? What more detail do you need when this whole shenanigan begins with the automatic upgrade of 350,000 odd Anatolian gypsies to “Cypriot” level!

What do you think 350,000 odd Anatolian gypsies are going to do when they get an EU passport?

They will all bugger off to Germany and the UK!

Bollocks, rabbit!

Turkey will finance them (if she has too) to stay... just have a look at the muslim minority in Western Thrace.

It will be an irreversible disaster if we allow settlers to stay as CY citizens...

I agree ... them staying as illegals just in the north is one thing. Making them CY citizens is quite another thing... especially now with the rise of ISIS and Islamist terrorism.

who is the dummy that made this ?

I think he forgot to include the numerous derogations that will be imposed ...where are the pictures and enlightening music of apartheid?

The composer of this video should have included a description on how the federal system will work...This is the reality of how a Cyprus federation will be...

"..The complex role of the Supreme Court in this system derives from its authority to invalidate legislation or executive actions which, in the Court's considered judgment, conflict with the Constitution..."

1) each constituent state will have a government(legislature, judicial, executive) that will be different from the Central/Federal government2)

2)each states legislative and judicial branches will interpret and make laws consistent with the states and Federal constitutions....and the Supreme Court in each state will have a final say.

3) The Supreme Courts of each state will basically interpret a law according to the democratic will of its own state, regardless if the will of the whole country or central governments will, is different, obviously the court in the state will rule in favor of the will of its citizens...

Through these powers that the constitution will give to each Supreme Court and state, it wouldn't be hard to implement the Annan plan derogations(freedom of movement, freedom of property, freedom of speech, due process) by the TC constituent state....basically ending up with the same situation that we have today but with the Tc state, making it legal..... I think there should be an addendum to this video, explaining the parts and consequences of a federal solution

According to Lordo, the "dummy" most probably has a PhD from the north to make this video.

how much was the tc territory in your shitface plan again. was it 5%. you too dummies have a lot learn boys. enjoy your education. you will all earn the right to have phds each on how to be a human again.

you will very soon find out how furquin wrong you boys are. if only you removed your heads from each other's asses and had a good old sniff of fresh air for a change rather than all the bubble farting that was going on.

you will soon learn what
equality means
not oppressing tcs mean
letting them breathe means

you will learn a whole lot more too. you cant boss tcs around. they will make their own decisions. you will not discriminate against them. gosh it will so good you boys getting all this free education.
