Maybe part of the deal the EU struck last week?

Well, Turkey did finally accept it had to recognize Cyprus ....

Nothing to do with that. They need these troops to assist in invading Syria further, thats why they are apparently leaving. Not on our account.

I agree, we are close to a solution...the final one!

As Turkey desperately advertises/begs for tourists to come and spend their money in Turkey and its illegally occupied areas, caring countries are advising their citizens to stay away from Turkey:

Israel urged its citizens visiting Turkey to leave "as soon as possible" in an upgraded travel advisory on Monday predicting possible follow-up attacks to the March 19 suicide bombing in Istanbul blamed on Islamic State.

Three Israeli tourists and an Iranian were killed in the Istanbul attack, which prompted the counter-terrorism bureau in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office to issue a generalised "level 3" warning against travel to Turkey.

A statement by the bureau raised this to "level 2" on Monday, signifying what it called a "high concrete threat" that Islamic State or similar groups would attack Turkish tourist attractions. It did not elaborate on what prompted the alert.

The Israeli statement said Israelis should avoid going to Turkey and, if already there, "depart as soon as possible".

- And I hope their marketing campaign to bring criminal-tourists into the Turkish-OCCUPIED part of Cyprus suffers even more!!!!

Turkish flag carrier Turkish Airlines on Tuesday posted a massive loss as concerns over security in Turkey and the region took their toll on the ambitious airline.

Turkish Airlines said its net loss in the first quarter amounted to $421 million, compared with a net profit of $153 million in the same period last year.

Tourism to Turkey is down this year with a succession of attacks in Istanbul, Ankara and other cities blamed on Kurdish and Islamist militants hitting visitor numbers.

Another horrendous attack. This time at the Airport - aimed at tourists, most likely!

At least ten people have been killed in an attack on Turkey’s largest airport, Istanbul Atatürk, according to the country’s justice minister.

Two suspects blew themselves up outside the security checkpoint at the entry to the international terminal, after police opened fire on them, according to another Turkish official.

Turkish authorities issued a broadcast ban on the attack.

No one claiming responsibility. So much wrong! So many enemies.

No problems with neighbours turned it to too many problems at home.

The Turkish leadership of the AKP party of the last decade should be arrested and locked up. The Turks themselves should do this.

Where Turkey is concerned it's music to my ears. May they take the whole lot of them. You shall reap what you sow and this is what Turkey has been sowing.

This is Turkey we are talking about, these are crimes she committed on others including us in Cyprus and you expect me to have any compassion for them, fuck no. Any foreigners in Turkey deserve what they got for going there and if there were and Greeks/Cypriots amongst them F them too. That's how much I hate this god forsaken country. Until they leave our shores I will always rejoice in their misfortunes.
