I think it would be better to live in a hotel or a hotel apartment for a while until you find a good place to rent.

It is true that many companies in Cyprus ignore their email It would be better if you called them. What kind of hotel are you looking for? |

whauu I really got an offer now. according to the hotel the rates they have on thier site is from last season http://www.livadhiotis.com/rates.htm last year it was 240 cyp for a studio and today its 420 CYP for one month. heavy inflation on cyprus this year ? or is he full of S**T.. I wonder what price a native must pay.

Usually there are different prises depending if you are renting for short term or long term with a contract. Also there are different prices depending on the season. January is off season so it should be cheaper. 420 for a studio in January is way too much even for short term! Try the ones here: http://www.cyprusapartments.com/index.php?catdom_id=155 maybe you will have better luck.

it was there I found it.. I'm just guessing that their must have been a heavy inflation in that particular area the last 10 months . and by the way it was long term rentals.
