Rights of Users and Usurpers and Rights to "Home"

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Rights of Users and Usurpers and Rights to "Home"

Postby bill cobbett » Mon Sep 21, 2015 11:10 pm

This is a story of an old boy, a refugee of the Turkish Invasion, who has taken refuge in someone else's property for the past 38 years, a home where he rebuilt his life and raised a family.

Now in old age, his family, who live next door, care for him.

... but the authorities want to rehouse him into a smaller property or hotel cos they argue the house is too big for him and more suitable/needed for a family.

So, where is the Right of this old chap to a Home, to see out his days in this house, next to his family, a house he has called and used as a home for decades...???

Not stolen but am quite certain you will come up with some bullshit....

If I was the old man I would opt for the hotel option with room service...why not...

so if a gc property is stolen that counts as stolen but if it is a tc property that is stolen it does not count. excellent greak furquine logic.

congratulations on your extra effort in stupidity...now...lean forward and seek from closest person to you a massive bitch lap...

if both people have the "kochani" in their hand then it's not stolen...we are not talking photoshop versions here...

1...the RoC recognises the original "kochani"
2...the trashcan does not...it photoshopped a version of a "kochani" to an individual without asking the original holder...this is theft...

Is it just me that senses I'm talking to a five year old?...just wondering
