What amazes me is how naive some foreigners can be!
He expects his mail to be delivered right to his door at a remote village?! He never received anything and instead of asking some other villagers posts to a forum.

Alassa is not that remote actually. It's just up the road from the Agios Giorgios roundabout. You get mail delivered to your door everywhere in countries like the UK, so it is not surprising that some people expect it to be like that in Cyprus, too.
