I once followed a recipe and tried to do koupepia with grape leaves just to show off to my wife i can cook (I think they are called dolma in Turkish) and had my nerves broken.

...all over the world. Canadian Dry Smoked, Back Bacon, famous, like Montreal Smoked Meat, and Smoked Atlantic Salmon, wish i had a way to sell them in Cyprus, along with Maple Syrup, i could make a fortune.
