Sure it exists in all countries!
But in some countries there are laws and these laws are enforced to the letter and no one is immune or above the law.
In Cyprus, you have no watchdogs, no corruption boards, and regulators are interfered with from Government. In Parliament, you have no opposition because all parties are eye ball deep in it.
In the end, the Purple circle take the piss. You pay for it with your tax and its people like you who are cheated. So bury your head in the sand. You are the fool here. Don't be such a sheep. You're being taken for a ride, and unlike some other countries, there is little chance for accountability so there is not much you can do about it. The least you can do is stop being such a kiss arse.
Spivs in it for a fast buck in a country full of easy pickings! An opportunity made even easier by self serving, corrupt governance and legal system, assisted by an incompetent police force.
