What do i have to know and prepare before moving to London
i currently live in Cyprus and i haven't moved to another country before
What is a procedure?
what papers do i need?
what do i need to prepare before am on the plane?

If you are a RoC (EU citizen) and for as long as the UK stays a member of the EU, all you need is your passport to the best of my knowledge. You have full rights to reside and work in the UK and I do not think there is any procedure or papers needed to exercise such rights once you get to the UK - though I am no expert and you should not take my 'best guess' as definitive.
