Hundreds of thousands have been killed and much more have been disposed of their country, home, property, economic means and dignity. This is a disister, this is a crime aginst humanity. Sorry I just do not buy it. The idea that if Turkey had and did play no part in the Syrian conflict at all , then there would be no Syrian conflict, no refugee crisis and no Syrian refugees given asylum within Turkey, is to me not credible I am afraid.

But Turkey did have a hand to play in the Syrian conflict and Turkey does have a hand in the Syrian conflict. This is why they are there. That is what we are talking about here, what has happened not what if Turkey did not play a part in the conflict. Maybe the destruction and kill toll would be a small fraction of what it is today.
