The optional referendum is an instrument of direct democracy in Switzerland. It allows citizens to oppose to laws voted by the parliament. A votation will be organised for every law that collected 50,000 valid signatures of opponents.

Apart from being being written by someone semi-literate, it is completely wrong, it is also a libellous statement! So maybe you it would you like to explain how you managed to come to such a bizarre conclusion, with references to thread page numbers and the actual quote that led you to accuse someone of something so completely untrue.

But you certainly shine through as a complete fantasist!

is this the real life or is this just battersea

Happy for you to serve the papers - in NYC (+1 646 568 7794) or ZH (+41 435082385) up to you

Ive no idea why you think that someones writing skills have any relationship to the amount of money
they have ...

anyway back to the normal people ...

UK will relinquish EU presidency in 2017

it is the worse place to be ,as it seems the UK will suffer the death of a thousand cuts over the next two years ,while still paying for a full service -
it has de facto left the EEA as far as its other members are thinking ....

I did a transfer to the UK from EUROPA today and it was under SEPA and it cost me 1,20 .when the UK leaves the EEA then the bank can charge what they wish for transfer ,i know that people in UK get charged from 7-25 pounds ..
