How did you come to these measurements? :?

If it was a single space with these dimensions, then yes, it would be 125 sq/m.

No thanks, I wasn't looking for a place to live, but would still like to know what the rent would be, with or without utilities.

a. Books are for people who can read (and learn)

b. The river bed was dry

c. Extremely doubtful

And, also one can get a legal , larger apartment for far less per month (c/w washing machine) in the legally recognised area of' Lefkosia

really you can have a 3 bedroom appartment in the south in lefkosa. i doubt it my friend.

this is an adver in the correct section. no need to be bitter.

for your information this is in gonyeli. there is no gc properties in gonyeli as far as i am aware but since you asked yep the owner has sold this plot of land legally and it is all above board. no gc will come knocking at your door claiming this is built on their land.

i would not have put it here if it was.

A 3 bedroom flat has just come into the market for 48,500 sterling not far from this development, same standard.

it is a bargain. in need of a lick paint externally.

You'll have a hard time finding a tenant willing to pay 450 pounds sterling, when the going rate is around 300-350.

umit you will never make a businessman. that price is for the northern cypriots where the income is very low. there is a special premium for our southern cousins. you should know that. they have a chip on their shoulder. actually it is more like a sack of potatoes. the more they pay the better they feel.

so i am actually making them feel better as well as making a few quid. dont give out our secrets away so easily.

So you don't trust using the Turkish Lira either! :D

Sorry, you have not explained how you have come up with the 125 sq/m size. I think it is far less sq/m than that, looking at the pictures you have provided.

The very cramped bathroom gives away the actual size of the apartment, where even the dirty laundry bag is kept under the wash sink, because you lack the space!

listen shitface, when you view it you can measure it. 125 m sq is the standard size of 3 bed-roomed flats in northern cyprus. of course the rooms vary in size. some people prefer to have smaller bathrooms and make the other rooms slightly larger.

nobody is going to advertise the wrong size not when it can be measure. as to the currency, take that to the political section you stupid idiot. this is for serious people. you cam leave cheaply in the north of the border and work in the south. that is the advantage you get with living in gonyeli and you can sleep with your conscience intact that you have not bought a stolen property.

see what price for easy conscience.

I thought your GC cousins would get a good discount, given the economic hardship atm. Does Kurupetos get to stay for free? :)

what economic hardship, they dont know the meaning of the word. discounts can be both positive and negative like all numbers. i am giving my cousins a negative discount. a man got a do something for a living. in any case when they pay a little more they feel they are getting better quality and it makes them feel better. look i know my cousins better than they know themselves. its all good stuff like.

as to kuru cousin he does not pay with money normally he uses his ass to stay free but not in my places he ain allowed. he can do his whoring elsewhere.

this is a legit business 110 percent
