if you have to have job then that means that are limited in how much you can earn

If we are talking about working for somebody else and getting a salary (i.e. you are not the owner) then the highest paying job would be a CEO of a big company. For Cyprus it is probably less than 100.000 per month even for Bank CEOs, but elsewhere in EU it can be many times more.
