As the US spokesperson said, Russia's grand standing is replete of any moralism and stinks of massive hypocrisy.

Well Mr Pootin, it was Australian aircraft that struck the Syrians. Shame there were no Russian Troops among them.

Consider that your shirt front and revenge for the G20 war games.

I as an Australian Cotizen take pride in my countries actions and stand by my country 100%.

Stupid Australian Government said they will investigate but it is war crimes which need to be investigated. Why is everyone avoiding the real issues?

Paphitis .... your crowing again!!!!!

If it was a deliberate act by the USAF or the RAAF ..... it was an act of War under UN resolutuins! If it was a mistake .... it shows just how incompetent the US and its coalition forces are and why coordination of coalition actions with the Syrians and Russians, as Putin has been trying to get the Yanks to do for months, is essential to avoid accidents.

Remember the next ‘mistake’ could be an S-400 up an Australian/US hero’s tail pipe for unauthorised entry into Syrian airspace! ..... I wonder how Samantha would respond to that?

This is Samantha Powers on video putting the blame on Assad and Putin ..... using all the same propaganda rhetoric you do ....... she also takes the ‘credit’ for the attack as a US directed operation!

Deliberate Act? They are claiming a mistake. You can't prove it wasn't.

But, knowing what I know, I find it hard to believe that with all our intelligence gathering, that it was a mistake.

Also, it depends what the RAAF used to attack these troops. Usually they like to eyeball the target. But the can also use Medium and Long Range A2G.

Who cares anyway Robin Hood? Do you think we actually care? Let them declare war on us! Do you actually think we are scared of them or are they more scared of the coalition? I bet they are more scared of us!

If anything, I think if they declare war on the coalition it is much better if it gives civilians some respite from Chemical Warfare. Now that this war has gone Chemical, it is important to give the Russians and Syrians something else to worry about.

My approach is a civilized one, and if anything, I will always prioritize Syrian Civilians. I would wear it as a badge of honor.

If anything, the coalition is not doing enough. We should have troops on the ground in a full scale invasion into areas around Aleppo and Northern Syria all along the Turkish Border.

S400 means very little for us. We carry HARM. Switch those S400 on and interrogate one of our aircraft, and then say bye bye S400!

Switch them on is like their death sentence, because we can't afford to lose a single aircraft.

I actually encourage further provocation. If only Bush was still in power.

Clinton is our gal now. Can't wait to see the end of Obama.

I encourage the deployment of the S400 as further provocation. I would rather the coalition be the target of Russian/Syrian aggression than to see Chemical Attacks continue against defenseless civilians. A Geneva War Convention crime against humanity!

So ...... it was a mistake?

But, knowing what I know, I find it hard to believe that with all our intelligence gathering, that it was a mistake.

Ok .... so it wasn't a mistake, it was a deliberate act of war? Not bad, even for you, two changes of opinion in two short sentences!

Also, it depends what the RAAF used to attack these troops. Usually they like to eyeball the target. But the can also use Medium and Long Range A2G.

Are you saying that Aussies need to see a target before they can hit it ..... and even then don't seem very good at confirming it? In my book that is incompetence!

Who cares anyway Robin Hood? Do you think we actually care? Let them declare war on us! Do you actually think we are scared of them or are they more scared of the coalition? I bet they are more scared of us!

No .... of course the US and its coalition couldn't give a shit. ..... they have shown that since around 2012. Most idiots that die have no fear ........ (you see it every day on the roads in Cyprus!) I don't think Putin is the slightest bit scared of your coalition. Unlike you he is trying to avoid the ultimate conflict ...... a nuclear war. The Yanks are too stupid to realise that would be a war NOBODY will win and that is why Putin is trying to keep things calm and has been trying for cooperation to defeat a common enemy, rather than confrontation.

If anything, I think if they declare war on the coalition it is much better if it gives civilians some respite from Chemical Warfare. Now that this war has gone Chemical, it is important to give the Russians and Syrians something else to worry about.

They (Syria/Russia) have no need to declare war .......... they have a right to self defence! As for chemical warfare ........ still no evidence, is there? We are still waiting for Qbama's/Kerry's irrefutable evidence over the Ghouta attack that they were so quick to blame on Assad.

My approach is a civilized one, and if anything, I will always prioritize Syrian Civilians. I would wear it as a badge of honor.

You are an uncivilised warmonger just like the US and its allies that you revere so much. They alone are responsible for the deaths of millions, the destruction of nations and the creation of millions of refugees. And you are proud of that and consider it 'honourable' ?

If anything, the coalition is not doing enough. We should have troops on the ground in a full scale invasion into areas around Aleppo and Northern Syria all along the Turkish Border.

Try finishing off what you started in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Ukraine, Cambodia, Laos even Vietnam and Korea ..... before you get the world into even more trouble.

S400 means very little for us. We carry HARM. Switch those S400 on and interrogate one of our aircraft, and then say bye bye S400!

Is that why the US Hi tech ship in the black sea allowed SU-24's to piss all over it? That had HARM as well ..... the Russians turned it off! Ooooop's ..... Aussie pilots last words 'WTF was that!'

Switch them on is like their death sentence, because we can't afford to lose a single aircraft.

Maybe you should have thought of that before you signed the contract? RIP. :o

The US/coalition forces may have difficulty in coordinating with the Syrians/Russians but there are apparently no such problems in coordinating with ISIS and Al-Qaida ......... or is this just another one of those little unexplained coincidences?

62 Syrian Troops Killed in US-led Attack

and

US Alliance Aircrafts Attacks Syrian Army Position in Deir Ezzor, Israeli enemy targets position in Quneitra

p.s. 14.40: If the Yanks give the Aussies HARM then I am sure the Israeli's have it as well. They lost two aircraft and a drone apparently. I think you'd better think it out again!

Well it looks like it is not RAAF F-18F aircraft but an Australian Wedgetail AWACS which allocated the coordinates to USAF F-16 and A-10 aircraft.

Australian Command and Control but Americans pulled the trigger.

As for coordinating with Syria, if we did that then we too would be guilty of War Crimes. We don't do War Crimes by deliberately targeting civilians nor do we use Chemical Weapons.

The Syrians just got pounded on their turf. Act of war as you say.

Time for Assad to escalate and seek revenge. Go on! Just do it!
