hi!!!!!
i heard that after being part of EU, there will be work allowed for interantional student (per week 20 hr).. is that true??
and what are the possibilities of getting jobs in nikosia...
if anyone can help me feel free to write me ...waiting for a response...

As I know there were some talks and proposals to allow students do part-time job (not more than 20 hours per week) after accession. But I guess it just stopped at this stage, nothing has changed yet.

Still at immigration department when renewal of pink slip is needed they ask students to show their bank books to prove that students families send them money from abroad, therefore, to prove that students do not work in Cyprus.

Some work is allowed for students who study for Hotel management, only during holidays and only as practice.
