You're right.
In First Division there is a top 6 for the championship title and the "next 6" in the relegation group. The 3 bottom teams from the relegation group will be relegated to the second division.
The champion team will play the Champions League and the second, third and the winner of the Cypriot Cup will play in the Europa League.
As for the Second Division, it's the same, the top three will play in the First Division next year and the last three in the third division. The same from second to third division.
