To ultimately Create a loose state union. A new constitutional charter is set to be agreed, where it's currently being viewed by the EU and UN, to provide a framework for the governance of Cyprus as two Federal states under a "State Union of Cyprus".

Federal States:
(1) The Turkish Cypriot Federated State
(2) The Greek Cypriot Federated State

One country in the form of a Union of Two Federated States
