the trends of war

Postby Lordo » Mon Feb 27, 2017 1:05 pm

upto this point it has been the powerful countries that have been using drones to attack their enemies. Strangely enough these enemies of theirs do not reside in their country. So quite how a person from say syria becomes an enemy of the american people is a little difficult to comprehend. however be that as it may the war on terror is almost over we are told and daesh is on the verge of defeat. this reminds me of how taliban were defeated. and yet they are still there and fighting. but at least they are fighting for their vountry in their country. daesh has been the same in a way they have not really ventured into europe or america up to this point. attacks in paris and london were carried out by home grown fanatics. of course 9/11 was the saudi attackers but they can never be the enemy of america. but daesh in syria has managed to buy and use drones there against their enemies. now what happens if the home grown fanatics do the same in paris london and newyork. then what. what happens if these weapons are either chemical biological or even worse neuclear. do we in the west have any defence against such attacks although random attackes with a truck like in paris can be partially defended by blocking where trucks can get to.

may your god help you in the next 10 years. we shall see a different type of war, one we have not encountered in the past. will they then round up every foreigh descend person in concentration camps till this is resolved. will it ever get resolved.

The war on terror will never end. not the way things are today.

pootin doesn't want it to end, and America knows its impossible for it to end without addressing the underlying corp issues.

there will be victories, such as in Iraq, where normality should return to that country.

The drones they are using are toy drones. Little toys capable of carrying a grenade. Things with limited range.

A Chemical and Biological Attack is something that the world will need to be prepared for from now and into the future. I believe its inevitable and only a matter of time. it might be this year, or in 10 years time. But the agencies would be onto it as well, it's just that its only a matter of time before our luck runs out.

A terrorist attack far greater than 9/11 is a 100% certainty. Where? no one knows but I would say Europe or Russia is where its going to happen.

Yes Iraq is coming along in leaps and bounds and ISIL is being defeated there.

The Iraqi security Forces are also doing a fantastic job even with the restrictions placed on them by the Coalition such as our Rules of Engagement which just prolongs their war but also protects as many lives as is possible. They are becoming a very good and cohesive fighting unit with our military aid and training.
