Every place was unique and had its own little rules. You sit at a table watch the show and when the waiter comes round to take your order you get a “briefing” in the ear how the system works if you ask. Last time I went was like 5 years ago… you basically waste a lot of money. ...but a lot has since changed legislation wise.
