Hello,
We are interested to buy a villa in Cyprus. Either in Limassol, Paphos or Famagusta area. We searched online but there is a lot of spam going on regarding this industry. Can you please tell me which are the best developers in Cyprus that we can buy a villa from.
Are there any good websites that provide Cyprus villas prices and other related info on how a foreigner can buy property in Cyprus?

the only advise you should have is that you make sure you purchase via a
government registered estate agent.

I used a great company to buy my flat in Cyprus. They are independant but work alongside the Developers and Estate Agents and offer a personal service (i.e collect from the airport, take you to viewings etc)
