TRNC: Unincorporated state of Turkey!

Postby MrH » Sat Jul 15, 2017 2:01 pm

Unfortunately for the Greek Cypriots, whom have been lied to by the EU and UN, and due to the many Corporate and Public relations the TRNC has developed under the channelling through the Republic of Turkey, it's now become more apparent that the TRNC is a legal and Active part of Turkey. By the Greek Cypriots labelling Northern Cyprus as being "Occupied by Turkey" has actually back fired where the world has now accepted this reality and is doing business with the TRNC as a Province of Turkey. Just check out the many international companies in the TRNC like Mercedes, VW, BMW, Pepsi Cola and 100s more including mobile phone carriers and many stealth IT related industries too has now been fully established and accepted. 40 years of failed UN talks, mostly blamed by the Greek Cypriots after the signing of the 1977/79 High level agreements for a Federal agreement has seriously disabled the Greek Cypriot Visio. For a solution, and since the Annan Plan it's actually got extremely detrimant to their cause. Turkey has played the Greek Cypriots for a fool and The lastest failure has proven that the UN fully respects the Turkish Cypriot vision for a Federal solution whether the Greek Cypriots like to accept it or not. My latest contact with PM Huseyin Ozgurgun ended up in such a meeting of laughter that I seriously thought he had won the lottery. He explained how stupid and ignorant the GCs were to have rejected the Annan Plan in 2004 and that the TRNC will now be fully incorporating every sector with Turkey with the backing of the UN and hundreds of industries from Turkey and those incorporated! The evidence is especially transparent if you look deeper into the many universities in the TRNC, the Turkish educational system used here, business projects and international channelling including flights via Turkey only and our Monetary system, and the opening of checkpoints and how the Greek Cypriots are unable to prevent them from opening and the vast flow of people to the TRNC. The Greek Cypriots have seriously messed up and they just keep digging and digging.......

That’s excellent because it brings us great pleasure to see Ottoman remnants feel the full force of Turkish ways… it’s exactly what you deserve.

For us and the rest of the civilized world, the northern part of Cyprus remains an illegally occupied territory belonging 100% to the RoC and pending liberation.

Whether the occupier decides to call the illegally occupied Cypriot territory “TRNC”, “BBC”, or “XYZEE” makes no difference to us… we are happy for your new temporary name while reminding you of the pending liberation.

For as long as you are there you may only sleep with one eye closed.

MrH lets say you get it exactly as you want it: Turkey declares that north Cyprus is its province and Cyprus and UN accepts this. That will make all TCs citizens of Turkey and they will lose their RoC-EU passports and access to the facilities in the free part of Cyprus. Is that really what you want MrH, to become citizens of an Islamic dictatorship in the Middle East with one of the worst human rights records, and with prisons filled with political prisoners?

In another thread you wrote "we all know recognition in the short term will not happen", and I can assure you that it will not happen in the long term either. You can either be part of Cyprus and EU, or part of Turkey... you can't have it both ways for much longer. If you want BBF, then that should be one that the great majority of Cypriots can accept. If you are so greedy and you insist on having everything your way then not only you will not get your own state as part of EU as you are dreaming, but your community will cease to exist within the next 2 generations ... your granddaughters will be required to wear the burka... that is where Turkey is heading and you will go with them as an insignificant minority with no voice whatsoever (you could be the 18% of Cypriots as part of EU member Cyprus, but you will choose to be the 0.15% of Turks in an Islamic dictatorship). Whatever we lost we already lost it in 1974... and be assured that we can recover at least part of that if we ever decide to settle with Turkey. On the other hand with your wrong choices you managed to isolate yourselves and become outlaws... and now you will apparently make even more wrong, greedy choices that will cost you even more in the future.

Erdogan vows to ‘chop off heads of traitors’…

https://www.rt.com/news/396474-erdogan- ... -traitors/

Oh great Erdo, father of Anatolia, cleanse this planet of...

1 million Turks... and the Greeks will grant you Parthenon membership.

5 million Turks... and Armenians will name a holy shrine after you!

10 million Turks... and the Kurds will call you the “Father of Turkey”.

20 million Turks... and the Cypriots will build your statue in their main square!

It’s all grand prizes waiting for you Erdo, and they are there for the taking! 8)

Sotos, I genuinely liked your posted. I am quickly leaving this message to say that I will respond to it in full as soon as I arrive at my destination as I'm in transit at Istanbul airport. You have made some very good valid points and I believe you deserve an honest answer. Thank you. I'll be back here soon.

Hi Sotos, thank you for your reply. I appreciate it when we all converse on this forum in a civilised manner, which is why I will answer this thread which I hope you will convey to others and take note of as the true Turkish Cypriot view and response to your comments above.

1. Firstly, annexation is naturally Not what we want, but neither is any minority status under an indecisive and all changing left and right wing Greek Cypriot majority government in the future.

2. The Greek Cypriots always refer to a more tighter and centrally controlled Federal formula, but unfortunately we lost trust in such a proposal according to your actions from 1974. You have constantly proven Turkey right in your government's wish for complete control.

3. The original 1960 constitution along with its agreement is the reason why Turkey was able to prevent the Greek ultra nationalists from implementing the Akritas plan.

4. The original constitution was a Bi-Partnership, and then following the high level agreement in the late 1970s, where a functioning and equally divided BBF is the only way forward, hence why your leadership will always be compelled to negotiate this deal year after year!

5. I believe you are not completely in tune with the political realities facing the EU today, the reasons why the former Yugoslavia had split, and how the Cyprus Gas HydroCarbon find in will eventually re-engineer the future of Cyprus' position and relationship to work alongside Turkey. Read about Turkey's latest agreement with Israel!

6. The Greek Cypriots keep forgetting that Cyprus is only a small island. It has a ceasefire line and is part of an EU club which even the former Greek Finance minister continually chastises it as being the instigator of their failed economy. The EU, without the UK, Norway and Switzerland is seriously just a block of nations all eating off Germany and France. The world is a much smaller place now and Asia and the Americas are re-establishing themselves. Just look at Germany's Deutsche bank in comparison to China's rise in investment banking over the last few years and see the trend. Deutsche bank is in big trouble and it's London banch is on its way out!

7. Don't reply on the EU. Look at the problems it's caused Cyprus both politically and economically, and look at how they (France) will manipulate Cyprus' Gas find! Cyprus will be lucky if they earn enough to pay their already owing debts to the EU in relation to this find!

8. Try not to forget that without a BBF formula that Turkey approves of, Turkey is still legally a guarantor country of the entire island!

9. I keep telling Greek Cypriots that the only practical way to dismiss itself from Turkey is to recognise the TRNC in some kind of land give and take, and then advocate and support its immediate entry into the EU, thus forcing Turkey out! Think about it. The way it's going today, Turkey will eventually annex the North and then you will have some serious issues, especially seeing that the UK's brexit has seriously thrown a spanner in the works.

10. I know the recognition of let's say "The Turkish Cypriot Republic" may be taboo for you in many ways, but it'll at least deem the north A Cypriot entity, establish a new political arena on the island manoeuvring the EU directly and legally within it, and immediately forcing the EU Aquis and all of its laws covering the entire island. Only Then, will both Cypriot EU states, so to speak, be able to work alongside each other without any external influence!

11. At this moment, Turkey and the UK are both playing on Greek Cypriot sensitivities on past actions (like 1974 etc), keeping your hand closed indefinitely.

12. As for Turkey, at this moment, they own everything in the North, and I mean everything. The Turkish Cypriots of today are all educated and work completely alongside both the educational system of Turkey and now the political and monetary one too! Time seriously is running out. Once my generation is gone, the Greek Cypriots will literally need a magnifying glass to notice any Turkish Cypriots!

13. There is a chance for a two Cypriot state formula with both of them being under the EU with a future without any external influence, but the power is in the hands of the decision mechanism of your current Greek Cypriot leadership ONLY. Akinci and etc on our side have absolutely No power. You must understand that!

14. It should also now be noted that Turkey is seeking a Plan B formula, where it will seek to dismiss and undermine the federal based negotiations using its failed history as a pretext for annexation, but in a cleverly worded format.

15. Turkey has certainly changed Sotos, it's definitely much more powerful both economically and politically, it has a very grounded stage now with the Middle East, Turkic states, Africa, Americas and the EU. Yes! The EU too. Trust me when I say that Erdogan makes the EUs task regarding Turkey much easier and they prefer to have him in office. Don't be fooled by what you read in the news as Turkey has all the other business related deals all signed and sealed with the EU. The EU want Turkey as a Privileged partner only, and Turkey has finally warmed up to this in the wake of UKs exit and is now very happy about it. Remember that Switzerland and Norway in particular are very happy both economically and politically for being out of the EU, and now so is Turkey.

16. The Greek Cypriots now need to move very quickly indeed regarding the recognition of the TRNC and in immediately joining the EU as Turkey, today, will no doubt battle such a bold move should the Greek Cypriots suddenly implement it. It would call Turkey's bluff and send it into a spiral of political turmoil.

17. But we all know that the Greek Cypriots will, and can never, take such a bold step as it would cause the UK, and probably the EU many issues. Therefore, I would say that it's the Greek Cypriots whom are controlled and manipulated on the Cyprus issue by quite clearly Turkey, definitely the U.K and their bases, and the EU.

18. I hope this shines a light on who is actually playing whom, and make you understand that the EU and Turkey are actually in complete harmony with the UK playing on Greek Cypriot fears in quite clearly a battle to legally keep ahold of their bases by amplifying the "conflict" idea.

19. If you don't believe me, then try to persuade your ROC to recognise the TRNC and watch how Turkey and the UK BOTH reject such a move by broadcasting that it's a Federal BBF that is being sought ONLY!

Nah!, Having read the garbage you just wrote, better to build the wall and leave you illegal, unrecognised forever, rather than legalise the crimes against us just to please Turkey.

Please grow some balls and tell Mustafa to close all the crossing points immediately, this in itself would sove half our economic problems.

Thanks but no thanks.

Unfortunately B52 you have not read it properly. What I wrote above is Fact my good friend. What I said on the ATCA forum in 2004 has happened today as I know first hand how Turkey and the UK play Cyprus like a pendulum. It's your choice my friend but don't complain when Turkey declares a referendum in the TRNC for it to work as an official province of Turkey until a comprehensive agreement is signed, which will be never, and Famagusta and a Ercan ports are officially designated as ports of Turkey!

By the way, Turkey has plans to open another 16 crossing points! You're being played, and Britain is a huge part of it. I hope you do your planning well as Turkey's perm residence is your fault.
