Hi,
I am moving to Cyprus from UK shortly, I'll probably be travelling the island quite a lot. I play guitar, my main music to play is rock, metal, blues, and I'd love to find people to jam with. Keep in touch, I should be arriving late April.
Where are the good rock/metal venues around Cyprus? I'm trying to familiarise myself with the place before I get there  |

i've read of a good place in limassol somewhere else on here.

Hi guys,
My name is Stammy and i have a classic rock and blues band and we are curently looking for a guitarist/vocalist. Would be great to meet you when you are in Cyprus. We are based in Pafos and our band has been playing around the area for over 7 years. Our current guitarist/vocalist is on a self destruct mission with us lol. He is a good musician but a huge ego to go with it and basically we not getting on at all. Our bands name is Woodford and we are a 3 piece, drums,bass and guitar just right for blues and classic rock. Would be great to hear from you soon.

I am a songwriter who sings, plays guitar, drums, keys. I have been in a number of bands playing original material since the early eighties. Am moving to Limassol in summer 2007, and very keen to find writing/performing partners in Cyprus. My musical tastes are very broad and I can write to suit any style and combination of players, but my heroes are Steve Earle, Sufjan Stevens, Jayhawks, Emmylou Harris, U2, REM. I have played acoustic, heavy rock, jazz, punk, blues, alternative and even did the Marquee a couple of times with a prog rock band. Anybody interested in starting conversations?

we do a lot of stuff from Clapton to Neil young, Bon jovi, Cream, Budy Guy, Bo Didley, Free, Sntana, Deep Purple, Elvis, and many more. Mainly classic rock and blues.

hi my names chris (in u.k. im afraid) my family live in cyprus. am coming out on 23rd august for a cpl weeks would love to have a jam with u i am a bass player have a look at our band web site www.3miles-hi.co.uk i am the hairy one
i have a place in oroklini it is my intention to move to cyprus dont know when yet. if i do i would love to play in a rock band. would be interested to know of any good rock clubs with live bands of course. anyhow have a look at the site like to hear your feed back and hope maybe meet up next month
