However, I'm aware that the market is rather swamped by scam artists, who try to play the comedians in asking for £300 + for a place that would cause much in the way of pain towards any cat unlucky enough to get swung.
I'm looking at doing around £200 a month, as is sensible, and in line with market forces.
If anyone can offer or advise, I'm all ears.
