We have a saying in Cyprus:

"Save wood for March otherwise you might have to burn your furniture" (or something like that Wink )

What this means is that March is unpredictable. It can be 30 days of sun, but it can also have 15 days of rain. (more than that is unlikely even for winter months).

So March is a bit risky if you want a quarantined sunshine. From April until end of October would be a better bet.

Gasman1065,
I'll be there in Paphos with you for the first week in March! Flying from Manchester on 26th Feb.
It's my first visit to Cyprus. Maybe again for 2 weeks in July if I like what I see!

We went at the end of March last year - weather was excellent but sea and pool were too cold to use; went in May this year - much warmer!! Going again November - looking for places to live Very Happy (if we can ever sell our house which given the UK property market looks less likely by the day Sad )
