While reading throught the Annan plan many times, and being a GC refugee was that any Gc living in the tc constituent state would have no rights whatsoever, for 25 years the gc could not buy property nor open a business, furthermore a Gc could not appeal his case further then the Tc supreme court....this is tantamount to aparteid.

Welcome to the Cyprus Forum! I don't suspect there are many GCs or TCs out there in Wyoming. Just spoke to my uncle a couple of nights ago who lives in Cody.
