Admin,
What is your opinion on the Cyprus issue. Can you see a lasting and meaningful settlement? If so how and when?
Your comments would be much apreciated. |

Admin prefers not to use the written form to express opinion.
Admin would far rather use the following methods to push its barely concealed agenda:
1) send sneaky, sly, underhand private messages to people telling them off for voicing opinions, when its blatantly cos you said something that has pissed him off.
2) Lock threads. What the hell is that about? I've posted up hald a dozen threads lately and most of them have been locked up! Thanks!
3) Appoint moderators like Piraus who are a joke, and simply use their position to spout crappy extreme politics. (The wonderful Svetlana excluded of course)
4) I'm annoyed. I dont know why, but I'm in a bad mood and it doesnt help matters. So I feel like sounding off against sh1tness. Read and weep. |

I do have an opinion regarding the Cyprus problem.
However I do not have the time to explain it into detail or argue with other members.
What I do is to try to keep members within the limits of our rules and policies. As you have noticed already I am as flexible as possible with the rules. I am trying to intervene as infrequently as I can.
Where I am not as flexible is with attacks against the forum itself. So please keep that in mind. If you have any complaints send them to me with a private message and I will take the required actions if I deem necessary.
Thanks |

expensive and stressful litigation to seize all your assets if you have any you scummy cheap bastards.
If you have assets is it wise to be sinking your cheap bastard money into a ethnically cleansed pariah state?
You cheap bastard thieving cunt will die assetless and in a ethnically cleansed pariah state which will boot you out when your cheap bastard money runs out.
Admin,
You talk about rules. The C word above is a word I would like to use on a few of the members. Please confirm this is acceptable and that my post will not be deleted. You haven't deleted Agiosis post as seen above, (asked you twice to)so I expect my post will stay. Yes? |

Thanks Admin for clarification.
i would like to ask one other question if I may.
There are several threads on here with posts from people with a title of moderator. Some of these posts could be deemed as insulting to other members and when questioned about there title of moderator there answer is that they are not a moderator of that thread.
Is it possible that if someone is a moderator of another thread then there posts are posted under another title as this would save some cunfusion. I dont want to sound like i'm singling one individual out as i am sure there may be more than one on some other threads. If someone has this title it would be appreciated by other forum members if you could remind them of the forum rules and that they are viewed as being in a privileged postion and thus should try as much as possible to keep their posts as a matter of opinion without sounding confrontational.
Cheers |

mrfromng, I have already explained you with a PM the reasons of my actions regarding that post.

That is not possible without some modification to the code of the forum. However it is a good suggestion. I will investigate it and implement it if possible.
This forum and especially these sections are for adults. It would be best if people could moderate themselves. I prefer not to intervene constantly and do it only when members insist on crossing the line of what I deem as tolerable.
Thanks |

Admin, I agree with the comment on the forum being better if people could moderate themselves, but we both know this isn't possible so you'll need to step in.
BTW, I think the thread on the homebuyers pressure group is deliberately inflammatory and shouldn't have been allowed, nor do I think that "Mods" should get involved and make inflammatory postings.
But they're just my opinions and worth what you paid for them. |

Today in the UK, a Tory MP successfully sued another member of a BB for calling him a Nazi! Cyprus is now part of the EU! Food for thought?
