I completed on a 3-bed 120 SqM apartment for refurb right on the beach in Yermasoyia tourist area of Limassol for £55K Cyp.

I'm looking for more properties like this.

I know a person who is interested to rent his properties -one shop in Limassol and an office in the first floor in Nicosia. These properties can be used only for commercial reasons. Are you involved in Rentals ? And if this is the case , do you have clients who are interested to rent such properties on a long term basis.
