I don't know what advice the Bliar Witch project is giving the Orams but it definetely is not:

1) Beauty advice;

2) advice about how to sue the developers or estate agents who unloaded the cursed refugee land onto the Orams. I read that The Blair witch is getting paid 250 K Pounds by the developers who want to unload more dodgy refugee land.

In the RoC there are some 70,000 properties owned by non-Cypriots, of which 70% are British, 13% Russian and 7% Greek.

So, if this figure is correct then there are 49,000 British owned properties in the RoC and I would suggest less than 3,000 in the North.

<THe Cyprus Tourist Organisation claim there are 129,000 foreign owned properties - but I think this is a gross exageration to enable them to justify the rapid decline in hotel occupancy!>

I should add that most British people I speak to are strongly against the occupation of the North.

Thanks to all who clarified the "buyer / seller" situation! I still find it incredible that people are STILL saying exchange land is ok! The people I have spoken to strongly believe (or WANT to believe) that the property or land on which the property is built has been "swopped" with the Greek owner!! Until the estate agents explain thta this is not the case - the land will still be snapped up. I also find it incredible that the PM s wife is involved the case? Everyone is saying she wouldnt have taken it on if she cant win?

Hi Theresa

I am never quite clear what persoannae, Cherie Booth/Blair is.

I visited the UK over the weekend and I see there is a minor storm over her recent/current visit to Turkey - has she gone as a private individual or as the PM's wife or as a Barrister? Government sources are very coy about revealing who has paid for the trip.

Few British people I have spoken to feel her involvement with the Orams is right; unfortunatley those buying 'exchange' land give foreigners owning legitimate pre-74 land, a bad name.

svetlana, you dont help matters by letting retired2cyprus and his gang of crooks advertise there web address on this forum.
All those people who are against the occupation and exploitation of greek land & property should put pressure on those maggots who advertise, sell and buy stolen greek cypriot land & property.

Hi Lysi

You know my view on people buying stolen land.

The only web address given, as far as I recall, was for the Pressure Group; it is Admin's decision that it should not be deleted.

Dear Lysi

I am probably as well as aware of the situation in the north as you, as far as the current situation on property is concerned, perhaps I am even better informed. I have a number of information sources which I use weekly.

I have explained the situation, if you do not agree with it, take it up with Admin. Could I also suggest you drop the word 'British' from your repetitive insults. Some of the offenders are British and some are not; the constant repitition is begining to sound racist.

You feel strongly, I know, so what about telling us what action you have taken to resolve the situation?
