| How do you think the Cypriot flag should look like - which colours match more for Cyprus? |

| I like the ROC flag and if cyprus unites it would only need minor changes but still think its fine as it is. |

The ROC is very nice, but if neededto change then i beleive that it should include colours from the nature of the country. From up till down- light blue, golden yellow, and dark green, and on the yellow part to have the pigeon surrounded with 2 olive tree branches.
Deep blue and deep red are not good. |

| not a bad idea but take the blue out and some red in its place would bring it inline with everyones expectations. |

What expectations?
light blue has nothing to do with Greece.
Ok may be the flag to be three horizotal parts of equal width. The lowest to be dark green, the middle golden yellow, and the upper third to be divided into 2 horizontal parts of equal width. The lower onw to be red -like the blood- and the upper to be ligth blue like the cypriot sky.
In the middle third the yellow to have to pigeon between the 2 oilve branches. |

| Maybe but the red is not blood, how about pigeon between the 2 oilve branches on a white background with a green band at the top and bottom. |

First we should decide on the flag of each constituent state, then we can design a federal flag.
For example, the Belgian flag is made up of black, yellow, and red stripes.
Black and yellow are taken from the Flemish flag.
Red and Yellow from the Walloon flag.
All these colors are represented in the Federal flag. |

We shouldn`t take colors from the "motherlands" at all. This will preserve the destructive and divisive ideas of the nationalists.
If we ever get this far in the negotiations, then we must cut the ambilical cord with Greece and Turkey, once and for all. Once we have reached this level of maturity, our citizens should swear allegiance to Cyprus and to no other state. |
