This year many Cyprus candidates for the parliament have put up websites to advertise themselves. I find their ads all over the web. Just a moment ago I searched for "Eurovision" in google and somebody from the Green party had an ad for this keyword! I will post as many of their websites as I can find here. Unfortunately most of the politicians treat the web as just another advertising medium. I can bet that most of the sites above were created as part of the advertising budget for the elections.
The web could be a great medium for them to communicate their ideas and their suggestions, to communicate with the people directly etc. Unfortunately most of them seem to have no ideas and all they care about is self promotion.

Not all. Kasoulides website for example is a good exception. He even has his own mini forum
