house prices differ rom place to place and suburb to suburb.it depends what u want,if you are looking for something old and traditional look at agios dometios or nicosia municipalities.engomi is very expensive but has a lot of new houses.lakatamia ,latsia and aglantzia are not cheap either.
all these suburbs are in nicosia,i dont know about other cities.
u can use the cyprus net portal to find about specific companies. |

my advice is go to buy sell they have offices all over cyprus they will help you buy the property you want i used to work for chaholis developers in Ayia Napa one of the best developers apart from giovani they are the top 2 in cyprus.try to avoid going to a developers if you can help it and buy a resale property through buy sell thats what i would advise.
