Should take you about an hour... book your transfer on www.cyprustaxireservations.com and you'll know what it is gonna cost as well.

Hi Ebby,

There's a 2-lane highway linking Limassol & Paphos - it's very good and usually very empty.

There is also a scenic route on the old road that passes through a number of villages and past Petra tou Romiou (Aphrodite's Rock).

Place to avoid for eating is "The 3 brothers" restaurant. Went there once for a meze "several dishes of food served throughout the night" but they bout 3 pieces of meat on one plate and a salad. Gave me the shits the next day as well :(

If you like fish, drive to a village called Zigi. Get on the highway heading towards Larnaca and you will see Zigi sign posted after around 20 minutes. Never been there myself but heard that some of the restaurants there serve some fantastic food.

Hi Ebby,

My favourite places to eat in LImassol are:

'Meze' - at the eastern end of St. Andrews (beyond the pedestrianised tourist area).

'Aliada' - in Irinis Street very near the old water tower & Police HQ.

'Cafe de Paris' - further to the east than the 'Meze' in St. Andrews (beyond the pedestrianised tourist area).

Cheers,
