Ethnikos plays in Nicosia-Cyprus at GSP stadium (and not at his ground at Dasaki, which does not reach the UEFA standards).
I hope that all Cypriots teams will pass to the next round. Especially APOEL! |

Congratulations!
Trabzonspor which comes from a country with a population of 73,193,000 people and which has a budget of 40 millions CYP, has won APOEL which comes from a country of 700,000 people and which has a budjet for this yeas 2 millions CYP!
I think you have a very good team and I would bet on you to win the UEFA Cup!

40 millions CYP??? You must be joking, I suppose! Not even Panathinaikos or Olympiakos Piraeus do not have that much of a budget, in fact they have even less than half of it, if I am not mistaken. For the standard of play that the two teams have shown in both games, and if Apoel is only a 2 million team, Trabzonspor shouldn't be more than 3 million pounds. With a bit of luck and more importantly a bit of tactic [sic,] Apoel may have easily passed to the next round! |

| Actually it has nothing to do with money. The fact of the matter is that the Turks played like Greeks. That is why they won. |
