OR PK1966UK.NO-IP.ORG

I'm very interested. I have iternet 24/7 but not sure about having 'router' and 'dreambox'. Please explain. I paid 199 cyp last year to Sam who advertises in the Cyprus Mail and Sunday Mail under the heading:
'We bring you the world', tel: 99797976, internet address: www.samfares.com
for BBC prime and French channels - it worked for a couple of months then nothing - I have tried calling him dozens of times but he never answers. In the meantime I have installed MiVision which I am not too happy with.
Grateful for any advice.
