cyfo - was on the beach there recently, down near the gold fish restaurant/night club, and 3 days in a row there was what looked like hundreds of freight ships and one massive grey navy vessel moored off shore. Was this anything to do with the Lebanon evacuation? I'm talking about a week or two ago now.

Yeah, they have changed it now though, a bit smaller than it used to be and the old restaurant area has moved along the beach a bit. They still do a nice mixed sandwich.....

Last time I went to the Goldfish restaurant for lunch, the waiter told me to go back to the restaurant at 9.30pm as there will be adult entertainment for men only. That was about 2 months ago now. Never did go back to see what it was all about.

Back on topic, take a drive to Paphos on the old B road for some breathtaking views whilst going through the little villages. Whwn in Larnaca, go through the town Centre and admire the Christmas decorations which never seem to come down
