Hello,
I’ll come to Limassol in April and I want to rent One Bedroom or Studio for a long term (one year).
Could you be so kind to give a price including all the expenses per month?
I also have few other questions for you:
· Which is the difference between One Bedroom and Studio (accommodation and price)?
· Please describe what these rooms offer.
· There is free access to the swimming pool?
· There is any fitness or other gym facilities?

The prices now are:
Studio (sea view): 200
One bedroom (no sea view): 230
One bedroom (sea view): 250
common expenses : 20 per month . Common expenses include everything as mentioned in the initial post except electricity.

For studio 200+20 common expenses+ electricity (this will depend on how much you use air conditioning. It should be about 5 to 15 pounds).
So total it will come to you 225-235 per month.

One Bedroom are even bigger, but even studios are quite big. If you one person you shouldn't need anything more than a studio.

No.

Which is the price with all expences for a two-bedroom (three-bedroom) if I want to rent one of these for one year starting 25 April 2005?

Hello,
I am a 27 year old English women and I moving to Cyprus in April 2005. I am very very interested in renting one of your apartments on a 12 month lease. Probably a studio with view.
However I am not having much luck contacting you on the contact details given on www.sunresidence.com. I have received no reply to my emails and when I have tried calling it seems to be a wrong numer. The telephone number +357 77 77 77 74 gets me through to a company called Cyprusnet who seem to know nothing about the apartments.
Please someone contact me as soon as possible and advise me on how I would go about securing an apartments ready for my arrival in April.
It would also be helpful if you could give me a contact name and telephone number.
