Calm down brother.
The position is for a beauty products department, so I wouldn't say that being beautiful is something unrelated to the job.
Either we like it or not, some physical characteristics are required some times for some professions. If you are 150cm tall for example it wouldn't be very easy to become a professional basketball player, if you are very tall you can not become a fighter jet pilot.
If you are ugly is definitely something that could be a disadvantage when selling beauty products, so if you were a businessman you too would like to get the employees that would be able to generate the most profits. |

Surely if you are beautiful already you do not need beauty products? Isn't getting beautiful people to sell beauty products like getting tall people to sell platform shoes to short people?  |

If you are ugly and you sell "beauty" products you wouldn't be very convincing. The customer will probably think: "if the products she sells are really so good, then how comes she is so ugly?"

Well, that could create too much of a complex to the short people and it wouldn't work very good. A tall person is a tall person period. A beautiful person might be naturally beautiful person, but he/she might also be a very average looking person that now looks so great because she/he is using "our" products. If you use "our" products too, then you will also look so much better |

| Not that I am interested about this Job to make it clear, but beauty was not on his Job requirements for that Job . So whats the point of demanding a woman and not a man in the first place. |
