Like many teams the selection process for England seems to be very conservative based around a core team of 'superstars' with no thought of current form or even as to whether these 'superstars' actually are still the best players in the country. Whilst this has the advantage of resulting in a stable team it also means that most likely Mclaren is not fielding the best team. I see very little has changed since the Sven era then. :wink:
Still, better luck tomorrow against Croatia. Beating Croatia away from home will take some doing though.
