In a movement of disorientation and cover of illegal exploitation of Greek-Cypriot problems of fortunes, Talat, published new supposedly decree, with which is not allowed the beginning of work for construction of new buildings in the wider region of occuppied [Keryneia], up to 31 January 2007.
In the subject is reported in the turkish cypriot newspaper [Tzoym] [Choyriet], which writes that the decree was published in the said newspaper of pseudo-state.

According to the newspaper, the villages that it covers the said decree is: kingdoms, [Lapithos], [Karabas], [Palaiosofos], [Mottides], the Olive, [Ftericha], Saint [Georgios], [Trimythi], [Karmi], [Templos], [Thermia], [Karakomi], [Kazafani], [Mpella] [Pais], the Saint Acquired, [Kelepini], [Chatzia], Saint [Ambrosios] and [Kalograia].

The newspaper writes that the publication of decree became before the meeting of Mehmet [Ali] [Talat] with [Kofi] [Anan] and it supports that the turkish cypriot side succumbed in the wishes, in order that it reports, European Union and Greekcypriots.

i dont get it strahd...and you actually DONT agree with this? the ban of building on greek-owned land...surely this is a step in the right direction, right?
