Well HE , God that is , its only ONE , and the human race that HE created consists of 6 billion people , can you imagine being God yourself and you have to deal with 6 billion mostly selfish , greedy and mostly not that bright people , it must be a harrowing experience even for the Almighty , that's why now and again he starts a war , a tsunami , an earthquake or creates a new germ to keep as under control. You will have noticed of course that flies , blue bottles and vermin are in abundance in the poorer countries where its hot all round and where Man hasn't the required means to deal with them .As they say God works in mysterious ways .

There is a joke about this lottery ticket.

James is a very religious man. He visits the church everyday and he prays regularly.
One day he goes to the church and kneels down and prays to God to make him win a lottery that day.
The day passes without anything happening.
The next day too, he goes to the church, he prays again that he wins the lottery.
End of day,nothing won.
So next day he goes to the church and he kneels in front of the altar and he looks at the crucifix and he prays and prays.
Finally Jesus pulls his hands and legs free from the cross, steps down, walks to him and says "James, eveytime your pray Iam really helping you to win that lottery, but you have to buy a ticket"
