Just wondering what the difference between inline and normal hockey is. I am a huge ice hockey fan and used to play the occassional "normal" hockey back in the day.

Have you moved to Cyprus? If so did you bring your gear?

Well here's a question I know the answer to. Inline hockey is played on roller hockey skates on a concrete surface. To me 'normal hockey' would be on ice with ice skates, but I'm from Canada; so my normal may not be your normal. Smile

Hockey in the UK was taught in most school during my time in a field during the winter. With all the rain the field become something like trench warfare. Great fun Very Happy

We didn't go to the same school, did we Twinkle? We used to play in the mud as well, was even better picking up handfuls of mud and keeping it in your hands until somebody was coming in your direction with the ball, the throw as hard as you can aiming for the head.....Smile
