My neighbour is renting her house, its a 4/5 bedroom house for rent in Ayia Fyla.
It is ten minutes from Heritage School and tourist area, in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of children, Cypriot, English German etc.
All rooms have a/c (hot and cold), Radiators and high ceilings. Master bedroom en-suite, guest toilet and family bathroom which has bath and shower. Large kitchen with utility room. The 5th bedroom is on ground floor with en-suite which can be also used as an office. Also enclosed car port. The house is surrounded by terraces and gardens.
The rent Euro 1200 per month. Animals allowed. Available to view now and to be rented from end of June. |

Hello Jas
Please tell me if there is very fast internet available in the area, as I would need that for my work ?. The house sounds fine but as I say must have broadband internet available in the area.

Hi John,
We live a few doors away and have broadband. The owner is called Andri if you want to arrange to see it.
Its a lovely house and we think the area is very convenient.
Our kids are at Foleys school and it only about 10 minutes away, and as the ad said its only 10mins from the heritage too. |
