| hi guys, am looking for the cheapest way to get bbc1,2,itv, channel 4 and 5, and also if possible nickjnr and the discovery channels. Any ideas? |

Which town do you live in?
Larnaca, you need a 4M dish to be able to get the Uk terrestrial channels. Further west you go, the size of the dish gets smaller and smaller. I think its around a 3m dish in Paphos (can somebody confirm?) |

You can get terrestrial channels with a dish? I didn't know that! I thought you could only get satellite. |

The UK broadcasts a number of their terrestrial channels via satellite:

Provided you have the right equipment (i.e. Large enough dish and a reciever) then you can pick these up in Cyprus also....... |
