From memory of this film the precis of it given by Insan is actually much better than the film itself (of course this is just my personal view). |

hey there,
I've just ordered this DVD off Amazon so i'm very eager to see it.
However, if anyone has any other documentaries on Cyprus i would be very interested in seeing them. There is one in particular that stands out in my mind. It was shown on British TV in the late 80's and i remeber the documentary guy inside the ghost town of Varosha saying there's brand new cars in there never touched.
That one captured my imagination. So i'd be greatful if any one has it by chance. |

Guys
the history of Cyprus did not begin in '74 and you all have to accept responsibility. Until GCs do that there will be no solution |

Sure history didn't start in 74. If you want to take the whole history without leaving anything out, and discuss about the thousands of years that Greeks were living on this island, about the Ottomans that captured Cyprus and had Greeks here as slaves etc, then we can discuss it and then see what share of responsibility each party has.
Are you ready to take the responsibility of history and pay the price of your faults and crimes? Or you think that only GCs are supposed to take responsibility and pay the price? |
