Hi there did everyone have a nice valentines day?
Me and my husband stayed home with the kids, and I told my hubby not to buy flowers for me because the florists really exploit us on this particular day. The question is do we celebrate valentines because we want to or because we think we should cause everyone else is doing it?
I love my husband and that doesn't change no matter what day it is. |

hey easy with the florists!
My dad owns a flowershop in new york city and i think they were selling a dozen roses for about 85 USD, and that was because the middlemen up the prices so its not all their fault.
anyway, even though i think flowers are a ridiculous gift (i mean they die in like a week!) no woman can resist one dozen long stem roses - admit it!

sorry to your dad (and all the other florists in the world)- but common it's extortion!
I didn't say I don't like flowers but I find it much more romantic when I receive them when I'm not expecting them. |
